A Beautiful Family Experience!
We enjoyed our stay completely! The interconnected rooms were spacious, allowing our kids to play while we relaxed. Meals at Polo Bamba were highlights — the breakfast spreads were delicious, and the dinner options were exquisite. Don't miss the fresh pastries each morning!

excellent design but minor room issues
The decor is stunning and speaks volumes about attention to detail. The staff, especially Santiago, Alejandro, and Sebastian, provided outstanding service without being intrusive. The healthy mini-bar snacks, apart from the Coca-Cola, were a refreshing surprise! The city view from my room added a special touch to my stay.

The beautiful decor stands out immediately, especially the stylish lounge and breakfast area. Breakfast was a highlight, showcasing excellent croissants and a friendly staff. However, the room lacked the same charm, and the bed was too soft, affecting sleep quality. Noise was problematic initially but improved after a room change. Parking was notably convenient.
